Meet Acronym’s Jaclyn O’Connor

Business Development Coordinator

When did you join Acronym?

I joined Acronym on September 20, 2017!

What is your title at Acronym and which clients do you work for?

My title is Business Development Coordinator.

What are your specific responsibilities?

I qualify new business from inbound sales and marketing leads and develop ideal customer profiles to improve inbound qualification efforts.

What do you consider the most interesting things you do at work?

As I’m still learning the ins and outs of Acronym, I’ve found it so intriguing how fast technology is evolving and the steps that Acronym takes to keep up with the constant change in order to best satisfy our clients. I look forward to being a part of that!

What do you like to do best when you are not working?

When I’m not working I love to travel, especially around Europe. I spend a majority of my summers down the shore in Belmar or LBI. I love college football and spend every football Saturday watching Penn State, and I’m a huge Yankees fan so I try to watch them every chance I get.

You are going on vacation to a place where there is no Internet connection. What book or magazine would you bring with you?

My favorite books are Tuesdays with Morrie and The Five People You Meet in Heaven, both by Mitch Albom. I’ve already read both of them more than once and would definitely read them over again, but the chances of me ever going on a vacation without Internet connection are extremely slim!

The hero image is not attention-grabbing enough. The color and imagery is a bit dull. Could we have something more dynamic? Either something that reads “digital marketing” or a workplace image with people in a creative meeting?
