Meet Acronym’s Jason Kang
When did you join Acronym?
I started my internship in July of 2016 and officially became full-time in October of 2016.
What is your title at Acronym and which clients do you work for?
My title is SEO Analyst and the clients I work with are Scotts Miracle-Gro, Viceroy, and Frontier Communications.
What are your specific responsibilities?
As an SEO Analyst, my responsibilities include assisting the SEO team with day-to-day SEO research and strategy implementation. My day-to-day responsibilities include keyword researching and mapping, on page SEO recommendations, and reporting analysis.
What do you consider the most interesting things you do at work?
I truly enjoy the process of contributing to the success of our clients, helping them achieve the best possible results in the SERPS. It’s always fun that I’m constantly applying my SEO knowledge and coming up with more effective ways to deliver an impact.
What do you like to do best when you are not working?
I’m an adventurous person so I love exploring new places and going on road trips. The whole feeling is indescribable. I also enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends and picking up new skills.
You are going on vacation to a place where there is no Internet connection. What book or magazine would you bring with you?
Probably Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway as it’s the most memorable book from my childhood. I also enjoy reading the Time magazine to see what’s going around the world.
