Inside Acronym – March 10, 2016
Meet Acronym’s Matt Ferreira
When did you join Acronym?
I started here in December of 2015.
Where were you previously, what was your title and what clients did you work with?
I worked at Single Throw Internet Marketing as an SEO Account Manager. Some of my primary clients there were VNA Health Group, Brad Benson Auto Group, Sandy Hook Yacht Sales, and Ocean Hockey and Ice Palace.
What is your title at Acronym and which clients do you work for?
I’m an SEO Strategist and I work with Nasdaq, GlobeNewsWire, NPD Group, SanDisk, Masterbrand, Duke Energy and, most recently, Guardian.
What are your specific responsibilities?
Some of my responsibilities include site QA’s and optimization recommendations for both new and existing pages, the development of monthly reports and regular audits of client sites.
What do you consider the most interesting things you do at work?
I really enjoy the cause and effect of SEO. Making the most of keywords and optimization strategies to help our clients gain ground in SERPs is a very rewarding experience because it takes a lot of patience and fine-tuning.
What do you like to do best when you are not working?
I love playing and watching football in my free time (my next season is about to start). I can never turn down a good movie, especially if it’s from Marvel. Once summer hits I can usually found somewhere along the beach on weekends.
