Interactive Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Interactive Analyst to manage the technology, interpretation, and dissemination of all visitor metrics.
Responsibilities:

Capture and leverage web analytics as input for world-class consumer online strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and relationship marketing.

Analyze data from online marketing campaigns: user response, web site conversions, feature usage, attrition rates.

Perform in-depth analysis of current and historical customer data. Develop behavior insights and recommend changes to the Web site and customer programs.

Work with business managers to communicate and deliver on the value of the Analytics and Reporting Departments service offerings.

Actively gather requirements for web analytics requests and view all company initiatives to identify key metrics, tracking, and reporting success.

Manage the analysis of website data, and the development of tools and reports to monitor the key metrics that report on website performance.

Prepare and/or present business presentations to multiple audiences on key business metrics and trending.

Work with team to analyze web traffic and online marketing activity patterns and work with internal departments, specifically IT and online media, to identify and resolve potential issues.

Creating proposals and presentations for new potential customers

Manage the delivery of web analytics training and support issues, ensuring a high level of quality and responsive service times.

Manage the delivery of reporting (ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly) and strategic analyses of web site and e-marketing campaign activity.
Qualifications:

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
-
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses and reports to high-level executives

Strong task oriented discipline

Strong MS Excel experience is a must
-
Knowledge of intermediate level statistical analysis is necessary

Advanced PC skills with other Microsoft products including Word and PowerPoint
-
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, financial analysis, computer science, or economics
-
3+ years experience in marketing analysis, including strong understanding of online measurement systems
-
Experience with any of the following web measurement tracking systems: Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Omniture, Index Tools, NetTracker, WebTrends.
