New Business Development

VP, New Business Development

We are looking for a VP, New Business Development responsible for acquiring new clients and advertisers as part of managing the New Business Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new advertisers/clients for Acronym Media, Inc.’s Search & Online Performance-Based Services
  • Participates in the hiring, training, development, mentoring and retention of staff members in this department
  • Develop ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying, and closing key accounts
  • Work with Client Services/Account Managers to effectively manage accounts
  • Deliver superior customer service while maintaining and growing account services
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrate focused sales efforts, leadership, understanding of Acronym Media, Inc.’s business model, and a solid understanding of the Internet advertising environment
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years Internet/online media sales experience
  • Proven sales track record - 5 + years Internet Media or Online ad sales experience required: CPA media and SEM/SEO a plus
  • 5+ years of management experience in online or offline account services/sales
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales, search and Internet
  • Internet industry contacts a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
Director of New Business Development

We are looking for a Director of New Business Development responsible for acquiring new clients and advertisers as part of the New Business Development team.

Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help the sales team grow by acquiring new leads.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the account development process, including the comprehensive collection of prospect requirements, the accurate development of prospect solutions, and the effective presentation of solutions in the form of proposals and RFP responses
  • Lead generation/outbound calling, and warm lead follow-up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of Acronym Media’s Services
  • Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment
  • Provide on-line demonstrations
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications
  • Excellent communications capabilities
  • Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required
  • Proactive, able to work independently, tenacious, goal-oriented
  • Interest in technology and ad sales required
  • Strong creative sales writing, RFP development and branding background
  • Proven track record in inside sales. Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in internet sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
